A heated cabinet keeps burek and pastries at selling temperature for hours without drying them out. Dry heat or a water bath — humid heat is standard for burek.
Thermostat +30 to +90 °C, zoned elements, heated glass against fogging. Flat tempered glass, stainless. One shelf as standard — extra shelf 30 €/m, LED lighting 30 €/m per shelf.
