Common questions before you call
How long does it take to build a cabinet?
Delivery takes 1 to 14 days from confirmation and deposit, depending on size, colour and number of units. The exact date is in the quote.
Do you come out and measure the space?
Yes. For larger lines or corners we come to measure — included in the price. For a single cabinet, your measurements and a photo are usually enough.
What does the warranty cover?
Two years, covering heating elements, thermostats, electronics, LED and structure. Not broken glass or damage from a bad electrical connection. In-warranty call-outs are free.
Do you deliver and install?
Yes — delivery and installation are included throughout Serbia. We bring it, level it, connect it and start it. You need a 230 V socket.
How much power does a heated cabinet use?
A heated cabinet runs on a thermostat — the elements only switch on as needed to hold the set temperature. The exact rated power for your length is in the quote. Ambient counters use no power except the optional LED.
Can you make an unusual size?
Yes. Length to the centimetre, shallower for a narrow shop, lower for a till, a 45° corner so the line follows the wall. Standard lengths of 1 m, 1.5 m and 2 m are 740 €/m; other lengths cost 10% more per metre.
Do you invoice companies?
Yes. Proper invoices to companies, sole traders or private buyers. We are VAT-registered. Deposit on confirmation, balance on delivery.
Do you deliver outside Serbia?
Yes, the region and the EU. We deliver abroad by van. Transport outside Serbia is quoted separately — tell us the city.
